As part of our wellness program, we brought on board a seasoned meditation teacher and ayurvedic practitioner, Ranjith Vallathol.
Ranjith took us through the theories of meditation and helped us understand how integrating ancient Ayurvedic & yogic wisdom into our daily lives can benefit our health immensely. He also taught us a few breathing techniques and guided us through a meditation session.
The sense of calm and serenity in the room was blissful.
